Blues & Bunker

Friday afternoon I arrived at Seaside around 2:30. Winds were a steady 10 to 15 northerly and air was a bit cool. Water was much calmer this time due to the northerly winds. Things started slow, but by the time tide got out more and it was getting close to 4, gulls were very active out of range. Blues were destroying adult bunker. The only place where the gulls and fish were active that might have been accessible by foot was Penfield Reef. I only got 2 explosions by small stripers on a gold XRW-11, which was before the blues and gulls moved in out by 2A and the entrance to Black Rock Harbor.
