From Friday til Monday afternoon, my dad went surfcasting at Island Beach State Park NJ. Once he got home Monday evening, he sent me a small report.
He reported catches being just stripers ranging from the upper 20" to lower 30" range. He also said most people were catching the fish on bucktails and heavy spoons. He saw no swirls and splashes and gulls were hardly ever active.
