That's a nice variety of fish. Did you fillet and pan-fry them? What did you prefer?
The last time I cooked up largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, black crappie and white perch, my wife and I preferred the largemouth bass, while my kids preferred the smallmouth bass. And we all preferred the white perch over the black crappie.

Yep, fillet and fry. I too like the bass. I am yet to try white perch.
