Kept an eye on the radar in the late afternoon. Saw rain was almost gone once evening rolled around and water temps had been ranging from 55 to 55.8, so I decided to hit Breezy Point seeing time was limited. Rod this time was Star Rods 7'6" Stellar. Kept throwing the FLR-10 around Breezy Point as a few gulls stayed active, but not a single hit or follower. Gulls were farther out this time and there weren't many like the other times I had seen large flocks. This rainy weather might be the big factor in the recent dead bite at Seaside. I have the week of the 15th off from work, and plan on sticking with Milford Point, unless it's another one of those limited time days.
