I like to know where can I launch a kayak in Hockanum river in East Hartford?

The only time that I ever paddled the Hockanum, I parked in the lot at the East Hartford Town Hall and carried my kayak down to the river. It was a little bit of a haul over some marshy ground, but not too bad.
