First day out for me. More or less wanted to shake down the boat before the Powers tourney this weekend. I was plesantly surprised with the performance and fishability of the new craft. For those that do not know, I bought an 85 dynatrack this winter and refurbed it. Boat is only a 17 ft, but fished well. Topped it out at 45 mph on the GPS which is a bit better than I expected with the 115 johnson it has. Most importantly, it was dry and stable and everything worked! Notice I did not mention fishing=we got skunked....Water was 41 degrees and pretty clear. Fish all over the graph, but none in the boat... :( On a side note, we were loading up on the ramp after fishing when we were visited by an officer from DEP. She was very cool, but they are out already....Make sure your paperwork is in order..... Tight lines (hopefully soon) Brennan

Jon, I am really bad with taking pics....I will take a few once I get it buffed out...Looks a bit dull right now... It was a bit nippy when ripping along, but fishing with the sun at your back was OK... :D Hope the little one feels better..... Brennan
