Luck with Yum Houdini Shad!

Been having some very good luck over the past few days with a silver yum houdini shad. No real dice tossing and pulling thru the water, but when you chuck it up on thick weeds (we've got some REALLY nasty ponds up here) and then let it fall off, I've been experiencing some good strikes coming right off the weeds and falling down.
Anybody have any suggestions for better fishing of these suckers? They really seem to be working right now as the fish are in spawn/post-spawn.

Are you seeing any blow ups yet if so you should also try a scum frog or another weedless top water. Talk to site member Dusty about that. He is the local FROG lure expert.
