got out of work at 6pm and decided that i needed to get out and fish for abit seeing as the heat threw my fishing trips off this week. called up my friend and my girlfriend came as well. started off slowly with a senko and seaguar flurocarbon which i was testing on my spinning setup. girlfriend was using a spinnerbait and friend was using a rapala. after a short time i started seeing results on senko but nothing big; just good for numbers. the girlfriend decided to switch to senko and my friend caught one on grub with jighead. after awhile my girlfriend finial caught her first fish using a senko, after which a second came about. i myself ended up with 10 cookie cutters and under. other then good numbers and a fun time out, there was a kid that decided it would be fun to throw rocks and winged one over my girlfriends head. lucky the kid (although being late teens or so) was with his mom and friends and the mother made a comment about watching where he threw rocks.
