black pond 7/02/08

hit black pond today because i had the day off from work- got there around 1pm and set up the boat and on water by 130. nice in the beginning but got really windy and wasn't a fun time. fished stationary and free floating for about 3hrs using everything from buzzbaits, spinnerbaits, jigs, powerworms, senkos, flukes, and so on and caught nothing but a baby pickeral on the way out. not a great day

I have never fished there, because with all the negative posts about the lack of fish in that bath tub, I always go to Beseck Lake just around the corner.
