Mashapaug - 8/16

Fished Mashapaug this morning with WishinIWasFishin. We were on the water around 6:30AM. Turned out to be a fairly warm and sunny morning. I was hoping for a little more cloud cover. Slow morning. We fished until about 11:30 and I had two dink LMBs and Wishin had a decent 2 lbs 3oz LMB and a dink smallie. I think all were on the dropshot. Marked a lot of fish stacked up on the fish finder but couldn't get any serious takers. As always, nice to get out, but it is getting a bit frustrating not bringing too many or bigger ones to the boat. Oh well - I'll keep practicing away.
