8/30 Old Saybrook

Fished from my kayak off the town beach in old saybrook for a few hours this afternoon/evening around slack tide. Got nothing casting a Houdini even though there was a little surface activity from time to time. I did pick up 3 small stripers on a tube & worm though. All were between 20-25". 8)

Went back for round 2 on sunday,...ended up with 5 stripers in a couple of hours. Two were pretty small,..two were 20-25' and the best of the day was this one,..barely legal, but I'll take it since it was my first ever kayak keeper! :lol:
