Woohoo,..vacation time well spent!

I tend to use a lot of my vacation time by taking half-days off from time to time in order to go fishing. Sometimes if the bite is off I end up feeling like I've just wasted the time and should've stayed in work instead,......well yestarday was NOT one of those days!! :lol:
I got to Quonipaug at around 1:30 and pulled out my usual rods for that lake, which consist of a heavy jig,..a T-rigged worm and a dropshot rig. I began throwing the jig and basically never touched the other two rods for the rest of the afternoon! I quit around 5 because the rowing teams and the sun were both out by then and the bite appeared to be dying. Still, I managed 8 bass while the getting was good and the best 5 went a little over 20 lbs! :D

Nice Job Mark! Great lookin fish and you can't complain when you can catch them on the big stick with a jig!
