cedar 10-6

Fished Cedar for a few hours today. arrived late morning 10-30 or so and left by 1. started shallow with a spinnerbait and a shallow crank. went out deeper to 8-12fow with nothing on a deeper crank and tx rigged creature. by nothing i do mean bass, i did pick up a few pickeral. :( . fished the permiter from the west shore back around to the east shore fishing the points and flats . grabbed one 1lber by the beach on a shallow crank. water temps were 59-61 and windy as hell at times. im thinking this place may be starting to turn, what do you think Mark?

Rough day on the water. I'm making plans to head out this coming Monday.
I gotta catch some fish, I am going crazy..

A good wind is usually the catalyst for starrting the turnover because it bunches the warmer surface water up on one shore while pulling the deeperwater up on the opposite shore. So it may be possible I guess,..but it still seems awfully warm for a turnover to me!
