looking for a light action rod: good for panfish and trout!!

comes with a shimano sienna 1000 spinning reel. (this reel has been used two times and looks brand new) i bought this reel for my ultralight but ended up getting a sedona 750 from a friend so i went with that.
combo is $35obo
(reel only is a $30 buy so your pretty much getting a free rod with it)
