BIG BASS IN THE WEEDS! (PIC)

Hit the local lake with Bigbeave after work for a little fishing.
It was windy and the water temp was right around 68 degrees. We were fishing in coves and around shore lines to stay out of the wind with little sucess.
We decided to fish some deeper water structure and we got on to some fish. We each caught a few none bigger than 2.5 lbs.
Beave wanted to fish a weed flat were he saw some bigger fish earlier in the week. We moved over to the deep weeds and I began to throw a black jig. (A hook up from Findbass). Right as Beave said this is the spot I hooked up with a hog in the deep weeds.
She had just spawned out but had a real big mouth and was a nice fight.

Beave caught a few more on a top water setup before it got dark and was time to head back.
