Email Rell and your state legislators about your displeasure with the possible doubling of your license fees. I did. I said that I will by an out-of-state MA license and fish Massachusetts for that much money. I will. I also said the way to generate more money is to increase participation. Lower the out-of-state resident fees and 3-day license fees.
