the state of ct. must have screwed up; is that possible?

After the proposed doubling of fishing liscences I was afraid to open the envelope for my boat registration renewal for this year when it arrived today. To my surprise it is the same fee as last year. I think I will send a check out tomorrow before someone at the dmv realizes they didn't increase the fee. cmorjoe
