Looking for a job

Hey guys...I'm looking to work on a charter boat. I am not looking for money as much as for experience. Put me in the pit and I will work my ass off. I live in Greenwich, CT so I am looking for a job from Norwalk to Port Chester.
I'm 26, have been fishing for the past 2 years. I am in love with fishing so much that I can fish 24/7. All I want is to learn as much as I can. Like I said, money is not my priority. I want to get as much experience as I can.
As long as you are willing to teach, I am eager to learn and bust my ass. In my eyes, whoever is letting me learn on their boat is doing the favor, so I will do everything I can to make their decision worthwhile.
