moosup pond trout help

DEP states in the anglers guide that moosup pond is stocked. E-mail from DEP states they stock it 3 times a year. I have fished it for three years and never caught a trout, Bass and pike yes great for those. Has anyone fished this pond for trout and caught one. And if so What are you using.
