Silver Lake Or Bolton Lake

Plan on doing some fishing at one of these lakes over the weekend, Does anyone know which is the better, and what are the Fish Majorities there? Thanks !

I have fished both and like them both. Ive put good numbers up at bolton but never anything huge. Only been to silver twice and picked up a 3.4lber on a jig and some smaller fish other times, so im not really sure what thats worth to you. I know theres a lot of pickerel in Silver, i saw a ton of them just hanging out in the back left section of the lake. Hope this helps. you should do ok fishing either lake, just look for some structure.

I prefer Lower Bolton over Silver, I think there are better #'s of fish at Bolton, and there are some 3+ pounders in there as well. No water skiers to deal with either with the 6 HP max rule.
