Biz directory

Hello,
I am planning on writing up a quick business directory script and want to iron out some details to make sure nothing important would be left out.
Initial Categories will be:
Bait Shops
Equipment Shops
Saltwater Charters
Freshwater Charters
All will collect basic contact info and descriptions. I'll also through in a zip code radius search and maybe integrate G-maps. Is there some specific category related info I should collect over being listed in the description. Basically anything that should be searchable later on should be specifically entered to be easily filtered out. Perhaps something like a fish a charter specializes in?
I know there has to be more to include, but its 430 on Friday and my brain is fried.
