Future Saltwater tournaments

I am soliciting advise from anyone who cares to regarding a 2010 Bluefish tournament . My company runs tournaments in CT waters and wants to start a season long Bluefish tournament. Prizes would be awarded monthly with a yearly heaviest fish.
Early thinking includes a modest entry fee ($10) and Bait & Tackle store Sponsorships. Maybe a $500 monthly award from May to October, end of season trophy (Cup), and extra T-shirt sales ($15). Any and all comments/advise would be welcome here or at www.connecticutangler.com.
