Bought for the 2 day for spinnerbaits as a quick combo. Didn't realize it was a 7.1:1 ratio so spinnerbaits are out. Only used a few trips out. No rush to sell but no big need to keep either. Interested it's yours for $50

I use 7.1:1 for spinner baits all the time. Also, a more accurate indicator of the reel speed is how much like is recovered with 1 full revolution.

Give the spinner baits a shot on the 7:1. There are definitely times of the year where burning a spinnerbait on a 7:1 works, and fall is one of them. Just my 2 cents.
