I hear mansfield has ice and a buddy of mine was on bigelow today and said about 5inchs a some decent fishing..

Hi! Mono pond is very very shallow and fish kills under the ice happen often. Try Coventry Pond -> Big, Deep, Open to the Public, and has Walleye :!: SeaDog1
