hamilton reservoir

just wondering if anyone has fished Hamilton reservoir. It says on the DEP fishing guide site that they have smallmouth bass. just trying to find some places to fish that have no closed season for early spring.

its really tough fishing there. Ive tried it about 4 times and out of the 4 times I think I caught 1 small large mouth. Talked to a few other people that where out there fishing and they where having the same problem catching fish. Most people I talked to about the place say it used to be better but it went down hill but could never explain why. Hope that helps you

yeah,thanks a lot. I was just reading about how it has gone down hill and isn't that great anymore.
