Candlewood Lake...

Well seems everyone else is having the same luck,think the fish are on strike.spent all day on Candlewood at a spot i have never been to near the prison.water was 20 ft. near shore out to around 40 ft. 5 guys in my group 26 lines in trying all depths and not a flag.Oh my uncle did jig up a small pearch...Ice thicknesses were variable 3,4,5,61/2 inches.some open water around farther out .we all had our hand spikes on our necks and spuded our way around.SAFETY FIRST
