i went to avery pond over by amos lake in preston from about 10:30am to 2:00pm but didn't have much luck, just a good size yellow pirch. I was hoping for some bass but it was still fun just the same. The ice was making creepy noises the hole time but there was between 4 and 7 inches of good black ice.
