Walleye in Lake Housatonic

So Lake Housatonic is in my backyard....I heard they stock Walleye in it, anybody had any experience fishing this body of water? Hows the Walleye action?

The problem with fishing walleye there is the ramp closes at sunset. Since walleye feed better at night it is impossible to get out there unless you know someone on the lake to launch from or be able to dock your until the next day. I haven't heard much about anybody targeting them there during the day.

well the awesome part of this is that I live on it and can launch my canoe any time i want, so your saying im gonna catch shit loads of walleye? maybe even possibly from shore while drinkin a beer and cookin a steak? tis the life.
