Went to lower bolton lake yesterday me and my wife,got the boat ready and picked up a dozen shiners ,got on the water about 2 pm a went right to my good spot and anchored....a dozen shiners were gone in a 1 1/2. all except 2 of them caught bass , i was throwing a new x rap witch caught three bass..I had 2 poles with shiners and i stayed busy with the x rap...And im proud to say 1of her fish was the biggest 3.9 on the berkley digital....but 1st day of spring and the first bass of spring 13 of them ...so i was very amped.. :twisted: :lol:

First day of spring, and I was fixin a freekin roof... wishin I was fishin.
GREAT to hear ya had a good time.
MAYBE a chance Im gonna get out some time today...

Good job BILLYBASS! Sounds like they kept you pretty busy, and way to get them on the jerk bait. Ive been throwing the x-raps a lot but cant seem to get any on it. Ive tried fishing it with long pauses and working it a little faster but it doesn't seem to make a difference right now because i keep coming up with the same thing, NOTHING haha.
