[b:3fe89d37f5]Backgroud[/b:3fe89d37f5] Coming into college I was in the best shape of my life, I weighed ~150 lbs and was about 5'10" . I could run 2 miles in 11 minutes, considered myself pretty cut, and was only around 4% body fat. After 5 years of drinking excessively, quitting the soccer team, and eating late at night, I find myself at 185 lbs, and just overall out of shape...I havent worked out in probably 3 years, other than playing soccer recreationaly and playing basketball here and there. [b:3fe89d37f5]Your Task[/b:3fe89d37f5] Make me a plan to get fit again... Workout routines and diets are appreciated. My schedule as far as classes go is fairly laid back this term (its my last semester) so I will have plenty of time to workout/bike/run/etc. [b:3fe89d37f5]Bonus[/b:3fe89d37f5] I enjoy working out by myself. I hate running on treadmills, but i live in a city with plenty of scenic trails. I used to skateboard, maybe thats an option. I own a bike, thats an option. I'm not looking to be cut like Michael Phelps or anything, I just want to be maybe 170 lbs again and feel good about myself. Ready..... GO! [/b]

Pdcrack I have a routine for ya that involves 4 mass building excersies. The deadlift, squat, bench press, and clean and press but I must warn you after a year of doing these compound excersises you will end up weighing more than you do right now. I went from weighing 298 with 28% body fat my senior year of highschool down to 227 with around 13% body fat freshman year of college in a 08. Then 09 I went up to 241 and around 15% now i'm at 256 for 2010 at the same bodyfat percentage.
