First largie off the kayak
Message:
Went fishing at Lake Housatonic yesterday. Pretty windy day, water slightly choppy and stained. Fished in about 6-8ft. of water throwing a Rapala clackin' rap. There was a row meet going taking place on the main river so I pretty much just paddled around the cove at the boat ramp. On my third cast of the season I felt my line get heavy and BAM! My first nice largie of the season boys. This pic actually doesnt give the fish as much credit as it deserved.But man it was sweeeet :D

looks like a nice fish to me! don't you find fishing from a kayak difficult? I'd imagine there isn't a lot of room to work the fish...
