Coventry Lake

Skeeter Jim and I hit Coventry this past Monday from 7:30 to 1ish.
Water temp was between 52/53, clear and sunny skies at times, water was clear to 4'-5' FOW. But the wind, OMG!!!
The wind was around 20+mph, white caps on the water at least 1'+ waves.
We threw jigs,swimbaits, jerk baits, spinner baits. We did ok, nothing worth photoing.
Few rock bass, smb, lmb and I even caught two trout (odd). Couple of good sized lunkers followed the baits back to the boat.
Not a bad day. Always laughing while fishing.

Wind.....try more like a hurricane. If we opened up our jackets and caught the wind it would have felt like we were competing in the Americas Cup!! :D
