sunny's and bass

Went fishing in another residential pond and caught the biggest sunfish I have seen, along with a 3lb bass. The bass was a interesting story though. I had set my drag really light for panfish because I did not know there were bass in the lake. At first I thought I was snagged but then the bass started burning me with 10 feet of drag. Then I reailized I set the drag low and tightend it a bit then landing it was really tricky. I should of went in the water and got it but I pulled it through reanny thick weeds. Then I grabbed its mouth but it squirmed out and it drew some blood from my thumb. Then after 2 more tries I got it but the hook of my spinner was completly stuck I did not bring my tackle box so I did not have pliers. After 1 min I got the hook out the fish needed a bit of reviving but it swam away. All in all a great time for me and good prep for my first T june fith at bass pro shops. Tight lines, Bass 4 me
