Went out today to a few of my favorite spots. Got 5 or 6 nice trout and 2 little salmon. Saw a guy there that my buddy got into it with a couple weeks back for keeping 10-15 trout one day. Had to keep my eye on him so he didnt keep too many. He only took 4 but 2 of them were about 5-6 inches. Hate people that do that kind of stuff.

Holy crap! Someone posted something on the fly fishing forum. I was starting to think there were no fly fisherman on this site. I am just getting into fly fishing and check this forum for info often. I recently had some luck with streamers on Far Mill, for Bass though, not Trout. Using short quick strips, they were following it right in.

yeah, iv never seen anyone post here either. This is pretty much my first year of fly fishing, my brother got me into it. I just figured maybe if i post more people will start too. Anyway, went to the farmington yesterday and got a couple little trout with the fly and saw a nice 3-4 pounder get pulled out by a guy using worms. Kind of a slow day, but still nice. Weather was beautiful so standing in 50 degree water wasnt too bad :D
