Help/ report (silver lake) later

im trying to go fishing tonite with my neighbor. i like to catch bass and he likes to bottom fish or weird things. i can't bring my boat because it will not fit in or on his car so we will have to fish from shore. what lakes in ct would be good for fishing at night from shore for lmb and bottom junk? any help would be thankful. well im off to silver lake for a few hours ill post up how i did after i wont have the water temp tho.

I've caught decent cats (from land) at Lower Bolton, Black Pond, Silver, and Batterson. Of those 4 places, I get the most night bass at Bolton. Use nightcrawlers for the cats and you may end up with a surprise bass (or an eel.)
