Went out to crystal lake from 530 to 830 this evening after the rain had stopped. At first a caught a bunch of short fish and then finally caught one around 15 inches. After the first one was in the boat the bite just seemed to turn on. I caught about 10 keeper largemouth biggest going 3lbs 4oz and a smallmouth as well the was around 2lbs. I hooked into what would have been my kicker which spit the hook when it jumped, it looked to be around 4lbs. Very disappointed to lose that one but owell. All in all, I finished with 13lbs 7oz for five fish which wasnt too bad for only 3 hrs of fishing. Oh ya i forgot to mention that it began to downpour around 8 and i was caught in the middle of it...soaked to the boneee.

I had to come off the water at noon because I had a 12:30 PM appointment to have a dent a kayaker put in my car last Saturday at Bantam River taken out by a paintless dent removal guy. He did a pretty decent job. If I coulda stayed on the water in the rain all day, I woulda.
