Went out to sluiceway yeasterday morning after sunrise (outgoing tide). Had feeding blues to 10 pounds all to myself. I threw poppers. Action died at slack. So I tried toggin' for the first time (slack and incoming). I went to: North East side of Fishers Ram Island Jordan Cove Caught 1 short and that's it. I need to learn more about toggin' that's for sure. I did know enough to use green crabs. I saw quite a few boats but not much coming over the rails. I watch lots of seals swimming around. There was at least a half dozen swimming on the North end of Great Gull Island.
