Pike fishing

I have been ice fishing for many years. Recently I moved to Hampton, CT. Mansfield Hollow is right around the corner. I have never fished for Pike before. I am interested in information on ice fishing for Pike. Any information on tip up rigging, jigging poles and lures etc. would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm not to far away from mansfield hollow, just a couple towns over. It's usually one of the first places to freeze over in the area. I've not had much luck there ice fishing for pike but many people have and the result can be quiet rewarding. I use large bait on my tip-ups and I try not to set them to close to the bottom because pike look up for their feed.
