I saw people out on the ice today, the side near rt 31. Wondering if anyone has details as to the tickness of the ice and how much of the lake is frozen over. Hoping to go out tomorrow before the warm weekend hits the area.

i was their for a few hrs. off the beach area this afternoon, ice is solid all the way out to island. would have went back tonite but saving it for tom. nite. guys i talked to said ice was good all over lake. but you still need to be cautious but u should have no problems tom. gd lk
