Whats happening my cold weather friends!? Is anyone fishing on safe ice at Candlewood Lake? Hows the town park or any of the coves? I have been working crazy hours so I`m a little behind most of you and need some direction! Been out once at Tyler and did pretty good considering the blizzard of last week was banging at the door! Thanks for any help you can give me. :D

went weeks ago and it was safe on danbury town park
heard there were guys recently out there (cwood) but not too far from the launch
may not be safe toward the island
found these when my buddy and I went after the 1st snow storm

Thanks PHS for that report! I love fishing Candlewood but it could be tricky early in the season! I`ll be out there this weekend and will let you know how we make out
