Has anybody fished here recently/ I will be camping there with the family this weekend and any advice on this area would be appreciated. Thanks

The brake wall on the West end of the beach is always a popular spot as is the stream outlet on the East side. You might want to take a short ride down to Niantic River Bridge, a lot of place to cast a line from shore and a good varitey of fish can be caught there. Saw bass, blues and a blackfish caught there last weekend.

I stop there on my way to and from work fishing the sunrise and sunset bite and it is pretty good, never fished that place through the nite though. I found most of my fish along the beach on the west side of the drainage pipe, haven't hooked or seen anything over 30" though. snakebite
