question on 2011 freshwater fishing licenses?

If this has been posted before please forgive me; I have not been on for quite a while, been out of work due to a workmans comp issue. I was one of the lucky ones last year who paid the $40 bucks for the license. I had heard we would get a credit towards this years. Once again sorry if this question has already come up I've probably been looking in the wrong area thanks: not very good when it comes to a pc: not my generation cmorjoe
