Antique Boat Restoration

Hi!
Friend of mine (who passed away) bequeath me his old 1954 Thompson "Take Along" (Canvas over Wood) 12 ft. row/outboard boat - 90 lbs + EZ Loader trailer.
Needs restoration and will be a good summer project.
Should look like this when I'm done :!:
