Securing a storage box?

I own a 18 ft. G3 Modified V aluminum boat. The boat is great for fishing lakes, rivers, and I have had it on the sound a few times with no trouble. My problem is the boat has limited storage. I purchased a gigantic cooler at Sam's the other day. Any suggestions how to hold it to the deck or bulkhead without it being a permanent installation? thanks cmorjoe

some bungie cords might work, or even a ratchet strap...

Two ratchet straps through the handles would be great, allow you full usage of the cooler, and when you needed to take it out just undo the straps and you're good to go.
