Inexpensive Fish Finder
Message:
Hey Guys,
Just bought a little fishing kayak, and I'm looking to get a fairly inexpensive fish finder for it. Any models that anyone can recommend? I found a few Humminbird's for around $100, but I just don't know enough about the electronic's end of fishing to go ahead and buy one with out doing my research. Are there any features I should be looking for?
I appreciate the help, Thanks!

Hi!
"Sportsmans Guide" has some that are inexpensive! www.sportsmansguide.com....in search type fish finder.
Also try "Sails Marine" www.sailsmarine.com ....in search type fish finder.
Just bought a new Garmin echo 300c color fish finder from them.
They also sell excellent gray scale echo fish finders (ehco 100-150-200) at very resonable prices.

Not all fish finder transducers include a temperature sensor. If you want it, make sure that the units you consider have it.
