Rainbow Res

Is there any shore fishing around Rainbow Res and has anyone had good luck? I would be parking at the launch. Thanks for any tips.

Shore fishing at the launch is very limited. The area immediately to the left of the launch is a featureless sand flat, with not too many fish. If you walk down the trial on the left, you will come to a little cove, and there might be some fish in there. Other than that, there really isn't much shore access unless the lake is drawn down.
