launched at great island fished old lyme side of lower river LDR 3 bluefish using mono leaders :( landed 1 36" striper using fresh bunker/eels for bait saybrook side in fog til early afternoon, kinda wild lookin' looking forward to the next trip heard there are still alot of stripers at the mouth

Nice fish. It is pretty cool down there in the fog isn't it? The blues can be a pain if you are targeting stripers. Did you anchor or drift with the bait? Brian
