Fished the mill last night on the incoming tide. Was using an eel w a 3"sluggo dropper. Got about 7 strikes. Missed all of them but 1.Landed an approx. 30" striper on the eel. I think all the missed fish were shorts hitting the eel or feeling the line when hitting the sluggo and spitting it out quick. Nice spot. Maybe try it again tonight after the weather passes through.
