Stub Pond 07/16
Message:
My 15 year old nephew wanted to try frogging, so we fished Stub Pond from the shore while my kids were at their kempo karate class from noon to 1:00 pm. It was sunny and hot, and there was almost no wind. Unfortunately, my nephew didn't land any fish, although I landed four small keeper largemouth bass: [img:2ef307373b]http://img37.imageshack.us/img37/3941/img0808cn.jpg[/img:2ef307373b] [img:2ef307373b]http://img849.imageshack.us/img849/1745/img0809z.jpg[/img:2ef307373b] [img:2ef307373b]http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/6449/img0810z.jpg[/img:2ef307373b] [img:2ef307373b]http://img685.imageshack.us/img685/2039/img0813ay.jpg[/img:2ef307373b] There were a few schools of what looked like largemouth bass fry in the water by the shore. There were also a lot of butterflies fluttering around: I might put a kayak in the water to see what's on the other side of the pond.

That's a pretty decent sized pond there PECo. Definitely throw a yak in there. I have a feeling your new PB is waiting for that frog to swim by.
