West Thompson 7/19

Hit West Thompson for about and hour and a half last night. Got on the water around 7pm and headed up towards where the river comes in to the lake. I ended up picking up two large mouth on wacky rigged senko's. Both fish were in the 1lb to 1 1/2lb range. Headed back down towards the boat ramp and saw some bait getting pushed up by a rock point and threw a popper at the point . Landed two smallies in the same size range as the largemouth and ended up missing two more fish on the popper. I would have liked to hit the lower end of the lake as well but started running out of light and I forgot to put my running lights in the boat. All in all not a bad night.

Thanks for the reports from West Thompson..I use to fish it alot back in the mid to late 90's.
